Hello everyone! It has been a few years since I used this word press blog. I am looking forward to engaging with the EC&I 832 class this term. This is my 8th class in the Masters of TLL. I currently teach high school credit courses at Kahkewistahaw First Nation. Our high school enrolment is about 65 students. A small school environment allows us to take part in Cree culture and language programming that is part of our daily school routine. My passion is to advance Indigenous education as a teacher within a First Nations education department. I embraced the perspective that technology is here to stay and to model its use as a teaching tool, so my students engage in its valuable use. Looking forward to learning with this class! Life long learning!
